Anton Snt (b.1974 Minsk, live and work Minsk / Antwerpen) graduated from two secondary art schools, Art College with a degree "graphic designer", historical department (Institute of Art History) of Warsaw University. He underwent training at the Museum of Contemporary Art “Ujazdowski Castle” (1998-1999, 2000-2001). Member of artistic residence of Künstlerhause in Boswil, Switzerland (1999). In 2001 along with his fellow-student at the Art School Vitali Degtyarev he created an art group an angelico (on behalf of Italian painter Fra Angelico). Group an angelico was first who introduced in Belarus video and sound installation at international festival «Transit-01" (2001), which consisted of three projections: at night it was beamed on the face of building. After a number of large-scale video projects in 2001-2003 they came to the format of club events of electronic music. There were over 300 Live Video sets performances within 10 years in all nightclubs of Minsk. They were residents of all festivals of electronic music “Global Gathering Belarus”, “Our Space”. |
